Attributes of God

God's Goodness

Believe it or not, you have the power to experience God’s goodness at every turn. Start by rejoicing in the knowledge that God is good to each and every one of us. Every blessing, no matter how small, comes from Him.

We have been given more than we could ever need to simply survive in this world – God has graced us with beauty, wonder, and purpose. Everything from the relationships we hold dear to the jobs we pour our hearts into is a manifestation of His goodness and grace. Even the most mundane moments are infused with evidence of His compassion.

So take a moment to appreciate the goodness that surrounds you. In every corner, in every moment, you can find reminders of just how amazing our Creator truly is.

My God knows my name. (Isaiah 43:1)

I have a personal relationship with the Creator of the universe. He named me, and loves me as His own. I am his adopted son and He loves me with an infinite love.

God's Providencial Promises

God Wants to Grant You What is Needed to Realize Your God-Given Desires

Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires and petitions of your heart (Psalm 37:4)

God Wants to Give You Abundant Joy

The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows] (John 10:10 AMP].

God is Able to Make All Grace Come to You in Abundance

And God is able to make all grace [every favor and earthly blessing] come in abundance to you, so that you may always [under all circumstances, regardless of the need] have complete sufficiency in everything [being completely self-sufficient in Him], and have an abundance for every good work and act of charity. (2 Corinthians 9:8 AMP).

Because of God's Favor, You will be Enriched In Every Way

You will be enriched in every way so that you may be generous, and this [generosity, administered] through us in producing thanksgiving to God [from those who benefit] (2 Corinthians 9:11 AMP).

God Wants More for You Than You Can Imagine to Want for Yourself

Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and ] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20 AMP).

Armor of God

Put on the Armor of God

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.

Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people (Ephesians 6:10-18 NIV).

Putting on the armor of God means gearing up for a spiritual battle. The Bible warns us that we’re up against Satan’s Schemes to wreck our lives, but with Jesus—whom Satan can’t conquer—we’re invinvible.

This isn’t about scaring us; it’s about empowering us. With God fully on our side, we shift from feeling exposed to feeling equipped to face our spiritual foes.

Belt of Truth – Satan loves twisting truths. But by seeking God’s wisdom, we can separate real truths from deceptive noise.

Breastplate of Righteousness – Satan often attacks our self-worth. Yet, when we tune into God’s voice, we’re reminded of His unwavering love and our rightful place in Christ.

Fitted Feet – Satan tries to silence us with doubts about our influence and eloquence. But through prayer, God strengthens us to share our stories and praise boldly.

Shield of Faith – Satan uses life’s challenges to shake our faith, exploiting our vulnerabilities. Acknowledging our need for God, however, builds our resilience.

Helmet of Salvation – Our battles with Satan often begin in our minds, where our negative thoughts and fears can take hold. Calling on God refreshes our perspective, helping us focus on Him all day.

Sword of the Spirit – Satan aims to disarm us by confusing or frightening us, hoping we’ll lose grasp of God’s Word. Seeking the guidance and counsel of the Holy Spirit fills us with the courage to wield Scripture and face every challenge with confidence.

Prayer – Satan strives to disrupt our prayer life, knowing it weakens our connection with God and our preparedness for spiritual attacks. By prioritizing prayer, God equips us with everything we need to make a meaningful impact.
